This is something to fret about when you are going into a RECESSION which is where we were headed, PLANNED by OBAMA, and disrupted by Donald J Trump, President of the United States.

I fail to see all the ANGST. EVERYONE knows interest rates were less than 1 percent. HAd to in order to try to reverse the direction of Obama's attempt to destroy the U.S. economy. This is not rocket science. The economy is turning around rapidly and in a large way. The buffer will eventually take care of itself but with a rising economy I fail to see why all the alarmist reactions to stuff OBUMMER caused. Let's live in TODAY and not yesterday. The FED will raise interest rates slowly just like they whittled them down..

A BYPRODUCT of the economy nobody is talking about is that the TREASURY should be bringing in a lot more money as well with businesses booming..... and more and more people working again... I wouldn't put too much stock in this article personally.... jmo...
