My income is just over 20 grand a year
and my bank account is still growing.
But then I live within my means.

Well let's see,

I don't believe it is 31 percent for a second and.......
these so called "households have total income of less than 20 grand..

Right there is the problem. Apparently nobody likes to work to earn income but they do enjoy their air conditioning and lots of other things and then wonder why they cannot pay their bills that they incurred.

IF TWO people in the household each earned $10.00/hr. and worked forty hours there would be 40 grand in the household.

The numbers don't lie... at least the real numbers....
