Try very, very hard not to be a doofus, clo. We all know the real reason he doesn't (and you do) want an FBI probe. It's because it will delay the vote and improve the odds of a more liberal Senate that won't approve him.

So try not to be intellectually dishonest, okay? It's not attractive.

Kavanaugh doesn't want an FBI probe. NOBODY in his position would. The notion that he would - "to clear his good name" in the words of Democrats - is nonsense. With every passing day, more dirt gets dumped him. It doesn't matter that the dirt is invalid. By the time he can clear it away, ten more loads will have arrived. Democrats have mass quantities of dirt to dump, after all. They are exceedingly dirty people.

It is in his best interest to get this nomination process over and done with as quickly as possible. He isn't going to say that, though, because the truth behind it is one of those things that must not be said in today's polite society: DEMOCRATS ARE SCUMBAGS.

Again, clo, you're being an idiot. You didn't raise this "too partisan" issue when Sotomayor was the nominee - and she is CURRENTLY rated by Wikipedia (see below) as the 5th most liberal justice of all time... 4th if you compare her current rating to the ratings of past justices at the conclusions of their respective careers... with a still more liberal rating likely in the years to come.

In the nine years that she has been on the court, you have NEVER raised a "too partisan" concern about Justice Sotomayor - not to mention Justice Ginsburg, who has been on the court for far longer and is right on Sotomayor's heels.

Clearly, "too partisan" doesn't bother you in the least. "Too conservative" does. But you're an idiot and you don't understand that everyone else (even zzfart) can see right through you when you lie.
