Therefore, you stupidly claim we are a democracy ... a form of government whereby the majority vote rules ... and then immediately launch into an attack on the "tyranny of the majority." Now, in our Constitutional Republic, we make provisions, out of a strong sense of fairness, for the minority to have a voice and an impact on decision-making because we realize that pure democracy has the propensity to produce overbearing results. In that vein, the long-established rules of the U.S. Senate bend over backwards to allow the minority to make its case. These rules have been in place LONG before the voters of California cluelessly elected you, an uneducated buffoon, to beclown ... uh ... "represent" ... them in the U.S. Senate. But, even in a Constitutional Republic, you eventually have to call the vote. The Judicial Committee vote was carried out in accordance with the long-standing rules of the U.S. Senate and you lost. So, out of an abundance of your personal ignorance and infantile pique, you stamp your lil' feet (that Willie liked to keep straight up in the air) and throw a disgustingly uninformed hissy fit.
