EXCLUSIVE: Text messages suggest Kavanaugh wanted to refute accuser's claim before it became public
A former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has a series of text messages suggesting Kavanaugh and his team were communicating behind the scenes to refute Deborah Ramirez’s claim that he exposed himself to her in college. The texts also suggest that Kavanaugh and Ramirez were more socially connected than previously understood.
The classmate has tried to send the messages to the FBI, but has not been contacted by the bureau.
