IMO, he probably is COOKED, though I hope not.
Judge Kavanaugh likely lied about the meanings of "boof," and "Devil's Triangle" (which actually mean "alcohol intake via an enema" or possibly "marijuana"... and "Sex with 2 men and one woman.") It's pretty clear why he'd lie about them but that isn't going to matter. It's also becoming clear that he used to drink a lot more than he's letting on.
The FBI will probably find evidence of the two terminology lies. If it turns up anything negative about his current level of drinking, I think he'll be toast. All it will take is a neighbor or two stating, as have others, that he's a mean or sloppy drunk. Then the other allegations will start sounding legitimate.
There are at least three Republican Senators on the brink. No Democrats support him - though I wouldn't be surprised if some do *IF* the FBI report comes back clean. It won't take much to kill his chances, though.
It's sad since I don't think many men could survive this kind of a smear campaign. They'd have to be saints. It might mean we never have another male Supreme Court justice.
