Rape is a violent, heinous assault - period. But, it is also an undeniable FACT that a not insignificant number of claimed "rapes" are not rapes at all ... the woman freely engaged in consensual sex, and then later on ... she gets pissed off at the guy, she's ashamed of what she freely did, she thinks this will become a meal-ticket, whatever ... she engages in revisionist history after the fact. If the authorities determine that a woman has filed a false rape charge, then she should suffer exactly the same level of punishment as a man found guilty of actually committing rape. So, if he would be in prison for 25 years for raping her, then she would be in prison for 25 years for "raping" him with a false rape charge.
