Kamala Harris books first trip to Iowa

The freshman senator will travel for the first time this year to the first-in-the-nation caucus state on Oct. 22-23, as she prepares for a potential presidential run.

...meanwhile Kamala doesn't plan to discuss the progressive plan to take senators from less populous states and give em to more populous states.
