omg, you went through all of this trouble just for me? Well, thank you! I guess I never told you how much I hate to cook. I find it a colossal waste of my time. I could be napping, reading or watching television. Did you notice the order of my preferences?

You really wrote a cookbook? The most I can say about me is: I OWN THEM, lots of 'em. You had the book published? That is amazing!

I love tuna. I might actually make this someday.

Many thanks!

Hmmm.
let me see, I wrote a cook book once . . does that count? I can cook chicken
in rice and I can cook a tuna noodle casserole. I can fry you up an egg sandwich.

>>>
(Mad Poets) TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE.

Ingredients.

1-1/2 cups uncooked noodles. (Or one package ramen noodles.)
6-1/2 ounce can of tuna (1 can).
1-1/2 cups water (enough to cover the noodles while cooking)
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup.
Spices to taste (salt and pepper).

OPtionals.
Buttered bread crumbs.
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Cook noodles in one quart Corningware dish, as directed on package.
Drain the noodles. Mix the tuna, soup, salt and pepper into the noodles.
Top with the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake for 20
to 25 minutes. ENJOY.

I personally do not usually use bread crumbs because I do not feel like
keeping them around. And I am not usually that fond of cheese in my food.
But cheese and crackers are good with this meal. Cook up a vegetable and
maybe add a salad, and there may well be some leftovers. Which makes
another meal on another day. If you are going to bake it again before
eating the leftovers, then add a little more water before you put them
away. The microwave works excellently though.
