For you night owls who are up way beyond my bedtime, I will gladly say something Re: ask Micro or Ribit about their wives.
THIS Friday is a very special day for me and hopefully for the one I married, bore OUR children, raised them, took care of all of our household duties while I was trying to earn a modest living for us.
It is our 44th anniversary.
I cannot imagine nor envision any other person on this planet who would put up with me like SHE has. We do not think alike, talk alike, but that is why I am still in love with that one I saw and later married so many years ago.
Yes, a marriage would be boring if you always agreed on everything and there was no differences of judgment, opinion, likes or dislikes, personalities, etc.
She has things that are unique to her and I have the same. I am grateful she has ten times more patience than I do.
She is everything that I am not.. I Thank GOD every day for her and pray for her daily. I would not know if I could exist without her. I do not want to find out..
SO, we are still very much in love after all these years.
The BIG thing we have in common and share? OUR FAITH.
Our girls were raised on Biblical principles and practices and they saw and observed these i their mother's and mine life all throughout the time they lived with us. Today, they still apply many of the same principles we taught them and they are both highly successful professionals with Doctorate degrees.
THAT is because of a mother's love and yes, they both know how to wrap daddy around their fingers to this day... Some things will never change...
SO, for all the tiny little immaterial things we each say that make no sense to each of us, it makes no difference for life is short, and we do not want to waste time majoring on minors when we can bask in the love of one another and allow that love to not hear and forget those few things that are said that would otherwise be a disrupter. Not worth it.
As the Bible clearly states, and it is true, my wife is my completer. She is what enables me to be able to do what I do, and have done for my entire career, which I am winding up in a few more years.
Could not have done any of it without her....
