I think it's wonderful that you lost 35 lbs! The next 35 is really gonna suck, though....sorry, but it is.

Excuse me for saying this so rudely, but Marie Osmond can kiss my a$$. Same with William Devane and that pillow guy.

Since I am losing my memory, I am going to forget that I have a few pounds to lose and I am going to forget that I am getting older.

Think about it, seriously, WHO CARES? Except for those doctors, who will do anything to scare the heck out of you so you have to keep going back.

Hey, they have car payments, too.

Like you, I do not care for the pandering or being talked down to.

Marie got to eat all the food of Nutrisystem for free. She needed to. Looked like she ate everything else before that.

I have lost 35 pounds so far this year. I do not exercise.
I simply reduced my sugar consumption a lot and cut back a little on what I eat and when. Was not hard. I don;t do anything special. Just don;t see how much sugar I can consume anymore.

THAT by itself will help almost anyone to slowly start removing body fat from fat cells which was sugar stored.

Still got another 35 to go but headed in right direction... Oh. The older ya gets the more difficult it is....
