Kathy, most of the property came from Mom.
She worked to hard for it for me to just
throw it away. My sister in Arizona wants
me to sell it all and move to Arizona. I
just cannot.

I know that, DG. It is probably too sentimental for you to subdivide the property to lessen your property taxes.

I never did get to eat one of her infamous donuts.

I should have gone out of my way to find her.
