Just a phrase, not the actual location, but meaning NOT Pizza Hut. I lived too close to NY to risk my life going there until Guiliani became Mayor.

Voulet wine - sorry, never heard of it, but WOW, how nice that you tried to get it for her. I'm sure you get bonus points for that.

My CA brother feels the same way about CA. You can't even live there and feel comfortable.

Those cupcakes are calling me. I told them I would be right in.

Sorry, Babe.
But anything that has 'ny' or 'californica' in its name or place
of origin just curdles my stomach.

Reminds me . .
Recently my GirlFriend said she wanted some Voulet wine. Her son
said the 'Whole Foods' store up in Richmond had it.
so I went to
a 'Whole Foods' store in Va Beach . . . didn't find it. Found a cute
young girl working the wine cellar . . and asked her. Voulet
didn't ring any bells. When I told her it had a picture of a woman
with a badminton racket on it, she said 'oh yeah'. Went to the
place on the shelf where it used to be. Checked her inventory on
her phone, and said "the distributor stopped bringing it about six
months ago." So no luck for me.

While I was perusing the aisles, I found some interesting labels . . .
Then I saw they was from californica. Nope.
