I didn't know your mother but I seriously doubt she wanted her son to be imprisoned by her acquisitions. I presume that she lived the life she wanted. She left her own parents when she was very young, right? You were a good, loyal son and it's awesome that you stayed with her until she died. But she's gone and maintaining her THINGS isn't going to bring her back. You need to let it go and get on with your own life. You do have one, after all and I'm sure that's what your mother would have wanted.
I suggest you sell the property since it's not making you happy, keep a few mementos and go live the life YOU want. 70+ years of not doing that is quite enough.
