...yeah, but then what do they do? If they shoot any of the caravan the political consequences will be like those of kent state. If any troops get killed he will be castigated for that. The border patrol doesn't have the horsepower to stop em.

...Im not saying there isn't a solution, it's just that I cannot think of one. This is the "October Surprise" the dems all love. We will see what happens.
