•Over the last few years, much has been written about the overvaluation of the stock market.
•The most common metric used is the nominal values of PE and dividend yields.
•We use the patterns formed as these metrics changed during the tech-rally of 1995-2000 to back-up the idea that stocks are not overvalued and that new highs are still to come.

I like this graph, as it shows the carnage suffered by the S&P in 2000 and 2008.
'They' want us to consider what the P/E ratios was doing.
This one is showing the S&P versus dividend yields.
Also note that this was from last may - it shows nothing of the
current downward slide in the market prices.
