been 8 hours @ 300 should be good,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

...my secret to cooking meteors was something I
discovered early. If ya cook it 8 hours at 300 degrees
ya can get the same effect by cooking it 4 hours at 600
degrees or 2 hours at 1200 degrees. Simple math really
and gives the meat that crunchy texture that's so
popular amongst konny-sewers.
