Incidentally, what I recall about Detroit is that 37% (and I've heard 100% too) of the precincts were determined to have recorded more votes than the tally of voters who came in to vote. It was therefore impossible to do a recount of Detroit.

That would be 392 invalid PRECINCTS. How, with a straight face, can you therefore claim that there were only 32 cases of voter fraud found nationwide? Or are you just taking refuge in the fact that rather than pursuing the issue and finding the people who were responsible, Michigan simply shrugged and said "It wouldn't affect the election's outcome anyway"? - thereby erasing what were surely hundreds and perhaps tens of thousands of cases of fraud.

That's pretty messed up because, as far as I'm concerned, Detroit's 2018 votes should probably be tossed in the trash as well. The problem hasn't been solved and we now know that Detroit is RIGGED.

Now let's go back to 2012.

Do you remember the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia? Do you remember what happened there? In FIFTY NINE of the city's precincts, Mitt Romney did not get a single vote.

Do you really think that's possible? I don't. Never happened. Mistakes alone would cause a few people per precinct to vote for the wrong guy... and that assumes that there really wasn't a single Romney supporter in so many precincts. I don't believe that either.

Philadelphia is RIGGED.

Do you remember all the years when you used to tell us that there was not a single recorded case of voter fraud? You don't say that anymore. But you *STILL* don't care about this issue. Being blunt, that's pathetic. Elections matter, OCU. Not just elections that go your party's way.

OCU:

Re: “ I think it's was reported that something like 32 'invalid' votes were known to have been cast”

At issue is not just whether an election has been thrown, but whether elections can be trusted. If bad votes have been cast - whether they be one vote or one million votes - then the cause MUST be rooted out and fixed. If the votes were intentional, harsh penalties must be employed.

Just a few days ago, someone on clo's forum voiced concern that the President might throw out an election where the House flips to the Democrats. Well? Might he do that? First ask yourself whether it is possible that he'd be right to deem an entire election invalid? Apparently yes, it would be possible, since we've found bad votes in the past and NOTHING was done to solve the problems. So who's to say that throwing out an election isn't an appropriate response to a result that is known to be flawed?

I hope you find this prospect as disturbing as I do. We *MUST* solve the fraud problems in our elections. It's a serious, serious issue even if it involves only a single vote.
