Re: “Exactly what right did the WHITE citizens of Waller County think they had to ... ”
The problem is that you've picked an obscure case that we [probably] know less about than you and then you expect us to be able to answer your questions. Heck... I bet you don't know too much about it either. You certainly didn't know much about Dodge City, your other example. (I choose to believe you weren't actually LYING.)
Tell us: What was the response given by Waller County to your questions? They had to have been asked. You're the authority on this case, so please tell us how they justified what their actions.
Or is this just a case you read a paragraph or two on in some liberal propaganda rag and then decided to spread?
Typically, when the Supreme Court issues a decision and some lower authority flagrantly violates it - which is what you've just described - there is a lawsuit and the initiating litigant winds up becoming very, VERY wealthy. Far from feeling sorry for such people, I'm a bit jealous of them.
Have such lawsuits been filed? How did they turn out? Or is this all so new... fresh off the Press, so to speak... that no court has yet had a chance to determine whether the Supreme Court's ruling is, in fact, being violated?
Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months
