Relax, clo. I expect the courts will take your position on this.
The purpose of the 14th amendment was to ensure, following the war, that slaves would unquestionably be citizens. It was never intended to be a conduit by which people could gain citizenship by merely sneaking into the country or having a parent who did.
Given that there aren't too many slaves in this country anymore and that the 14th amendment is being abused, it really ought to be repealed. It hasn't been, though, and I don't think the president will be successful in his effort to bypass the 14th Amendment with an Executive Order.
That said, Obama got away with murder while he was president. It may be years before the courts rule against President Trump. What goes around, comes around. I hope you guys are enjoying what you started.
