Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Let me see,
If a baby is born to American parents in the United States there is
no question - this is an American Citizen. Right?

But lets say two Chinese Nationals, husband and wife, are ready to birth
a baby . . and she flies to the United States, gives birth, then flies
back to China with the baby.

Said baby now being raised and educated in China . . .
Being as said baby is now "NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S." . . .
I can see no reason why said baby should be granted automatic
American citizenship.

Relax, clo. I expect the courts will take your position on this.

The purpose of the 14th amendment was to ensure, following the war, that slaves would unquestionably be citizens. It was never intended to be a conduit by which people could gain citizenship by merely sneaking into the country or having a parent who did.

Given that there aren't too many slaves in this country anymore and that the 14th amendment is being abused, it really ought to be repealed. It hasn't been, though, and I don't think the president will be successful in his effort to bypass the 14th Amendment with an Executive Order.

That said, Obama got away with murder while he was president. It may be years before the courts rule against President Trump. What goes around, comes around. I hope you guys are enjoying what you started.
