Could be a lot of mold, that shuts things down in a hurry. Nothing bleach water wont fix. Thats the the inspectors here call to treat mold, or if a bunch, then the commercial guys need to come in. Doesn't look like asbestos is a prob but who knows. That is really bad if it has that in the siding or elsewhere. Gumpys get involved with that one!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ad says that it may not qualify for a conventional mortgage. Fortunately, that's not an issue for me. I don't do debt. But I'll definitely need to find out why that is. Liens? Condemned? Toxic waste site? What's wrong with it that would keep it from qualifying for a mortgage? My guess is that it wasn't built to code. Bad wiring or something like that.
