Don't know the asking price but house looks like ypical split level or bi-level. Decent inside living area.
I saw a Boat out front. Is that included?

Wonder what kind of shape the Barn is in?

Do they have internet and cable there?

The house does not look in bad shape but I would really check out INSULATION in walls and ATTIC. Living up north that would be one key to keeping energy bills under control, I would check the windows as well. if wind comes through them or around them they need replaced wih better windows. You know the drill.
Find out about the roof and shingles. Age...

There could be a lot more repairs that must be made that would drive the overall costof habiation upward in a hurry..

My wife found a house for sale in the same town as my bigger property. It's a bank-owned foreclosure, 3-miles from my land, with an advertised price that's really cheap.
`
The property can't be shown until the junk is removed. I don't know when that might be, but we called and requested a showing. Then we drove past and took a look.
`
2,000 sqft plus an unfinished basement. 4 acres of land. What do you think, Nemo? Any hope for it??
