Ribit
My brother in law Dan had congestive heart failure as well.
He was a Vietnam vet, Army, and was excessively overweight. REALLY overweight.
He was diagnosed with this conditin some ten to fifteen years before he died and it was not from heart failure.
He had other things wrong with him besides weighing in at about 340 pounds on a 5 foot 7 inch height small to medium skeletal frame. He was big time obese. He did nothing to help himself, and had type 2 diabetes and gave himself insulin shots daily.
He died of kidney failure, otherwise known as Renal Failure.
Congestive heart disease is not necessarily what will ultimately cause one's demise and send us into the real life to come. I think and suspect , and you will findout, if you were to lose some of the excess weight, and watch your diet, you could well have a rather long life yet.
Plus, this could be the thyroid causing this diagnosis as well. I would get it checked. Simple fix. My sister in law had a thyroid issue. Hypo Thyroid. Docs wanted to remove it. I heloped her find a holistic doctor who in am atter of weeks treated her and the thyroid returned to normal readings again. Been that way over 15 years now...
So, let's find out more and maybe then, look at some things that could be easy to chanhe or require a small amounty of discipline to bring about some change.
Discipline should not be an issue for a Marine.
Please keep us posted or feel free to email me privately.
My best to you Marine!
