I'm afraid the college playoffs is most definitely flawed. At a bare minimum, there should be eight teams. A cut-off between 8 and 9 will always be far more defensible than between 4 and 5.
As for this year's selections, Georgia had every right to be pissed ... the Bulldogs were a thousand times better than the Notre Dame weenies. Hell, any number of teams were far and away better than Notre Dame.
