Thats what I did on that property I cleaned up when I got back from TX. It took me a 2 weeks of cleaning and painting before I even though about moving into that one and there was no animals living in the house LOL................

Yep. I was hoping it would be habitable even if the interior was a mess - in which case I'd see if you were interested in staying in it while fixing it up. We could have come up with some sort of profit-sharing arrangement upon its sale in a couple or three years. Oh well. Not to be.

BTW, I expect that if it was in decent shape, the place would be selling somewhere north of $275,000.
