Sounds good DE and ANY set of hands and strong back will be a great help DE. Tearout is a job. Once we get that done then we can do some Choice building work.......... Thumbs Up

But if this or another house becomes more likely, we'll talk and I'll fly you out here on my dime to check out whatever it is that we're considering. I wouldn't expect you to make a decision like this sight unseen.

BTW, I'd be helping you with it at least some of the time, though realistically you'd be doing a lot more than I would. I'm interested in learning about construction and repair, even if I'm not going to be very helpful.
