Theres a thought DE, Let the bank clean the place up, do a couple weeks of work in KEY ares and flip the thing for $100,000. Then lets look for one WE can do haha


Chances are when it comes up for bid. The builders in your area will know the value, and odds of getting it for the $40,000 arwe pretty slim. That kinda a property here would go in a heart beat, AND for a lot more money.......All the utilities and sewer are in. Thats big money anymore to have hooked up........

From what I've heard, I don't think there's better than a 10% chance that I'll make an offer on it. It's a shame, though. The land + driveway + electrical hookup + well by themselves are likely worth $75,000. But only to the right person.
