...thanks! Im dwelling too much on my own problems but it seems to be taking up all my time lately. Should I be concerned that my heart surgeon looks like he should be on a skateboard in a public park instead of a hospital.

...as ya age ya start developing health problems and since ya have gotten over everything in ya life ya start thinking that the hurdles are just another thing to get over. You are not ready to accept that you are getting more and more things that you are not going to "get over". You are going to have to learn to live with it.

Headache is ruining my normally sunny disposition.

It dilates blood vessels - so the doctors must think they're pretty constipated. I'm reading that the headaches are mostly when patients first start taking the meds. One site says "a headache is a sign that isosorbide dinitrate is working." Like liquor but maybe not as much fun... I guess it also means that when you stop getting the headaches, the drug isn't working anymore. I hope that make you feel better.
