Stent versus open heart
WHY would you need open heart surgery if a stent would take care of the blood flow issue? Allt he stent does is act like a baloon and open up the artery so more blood flows through it. Much easier on you.
So what if ya has to go back sometime and have another stent? It isn't hard on ya, and there is no recovery time pr se. You go home after the stent is put inplace by running a wire through your artery o the spot where the stent needs to be opened like an umbrella inside the artery.
Piece of cake.. If this accomplishes thes ame thing as the open heart, why would you even consider the open heart surgery?
Is there something else w do not know about with that?
