As a reminder, Monday will be six weeks that Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg has been recuperating. A doctor stated long ago that six weeks is how long a patient would be expected to stay off work following that type of surgery.

So, look for an announcement. If there isn't one, the likelihood that RBG will never return increases.

February 4th will be a key date for Justice Ginsburg. That will be six weeks that she's been recuperating. Patients who have her type of surgery are typically on their feet and back to work by then.

RBG isn't a smoker, so the likelihood of her having developed lung cancer is small. Most likely, slow moving pancreatic cancer cells spread to her lungs, which means that she's in stage 4. Per Google, "the median survival rate for stage 4 pancreatic cancer is between two and six months. Though the disease cannot be cured at this stage, treatment may improve your quality of life."
