Yes, I'm sure De must be young and indestructible, and RETIRED at 30.
These suggestions that I had for myself are just based on what I have learned over the years. I am not old and decrepit.
However, about 15 years ago, the honey went outside in the very early morning to get firewood. He slipped and broke his ankle. The surgery was 5 hours and the recuperation time, with physical therapy was 3/4 months.
We could not live in our own house because we had steps to the house, big steps, and he was in a wheelchair.
You don't have to be old to require adjustments in your house. You break a bone and you need those enhancements now.
It's cheaper to do those things before your house is built. This is coming from a person who did have their house built. "yeah, it's 3K now while it's being built, but double after the house is finished."
