RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Dominion Energy D, -0.23% today established a 2019 dividend of $3.67 per share of common stock, up from $3.34 per share in 2018, or a 10 percent increase. Subject to board declaration in January, the first quarterly dividend of 91.75 cents per share will be payable in March 2019. The expected 2019 dividend increase would mark the 16th consecutive year in which the annual dividend rate rose from the previous year's rate.
