Re: "why don;t they have he DIS-BARRED?"
I don't know if the "Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association" (IPBA) is the same as the "Bar Association" or if they have the authority to disbar her. This condemnation of theirs might be Step #1 to doing just that, for all I know.

If I were Kim Foxx, I wouldn't be feeling real good right now. If I were Michelle Obama or whoever put Foxx up to dropping the Smollett charges, I wouldn't be either.

I wonder... if Foxx is condemned, fired and maybe arrested (for corruption), can the charges against Smollett be reinstated? I would think so. He hasn't been tried. It wouldn't be a case of double jeopardy.

On a different subject, I notice you've been quieter than usual lately. Is everything all right? How's your dad?

SO,
if the Bar Association is so upset, and have stated what she did was unethical, why don;t they have he DIS-BARRED?

They stopped a little short in my opinion. Or is this just some appeasing grandstanding to placate those who really got the green weenie?
