I agree with you about the lack of a bias. One of the interesing things about all these books, including Don Piper's account of what happened to his little boy who was only 3 years old when the little guy had expereinced things that are unexplainable in years after that were proven, is that theere arer many other witnesses from all over the world who also had the same experience and saw the same things. The picture drawn of our Lord by a little girl over sees was collaborated by Don Piper's little boy when shown as being the ONE whose lap he was sitting on....
That would be Jesus. That book is called "Heaven is for Real".

These accounts should be a real source of JOY for all who believe and already know that what we call death is merely opening the door in this world to let us go on to that PLACE where Christ said HE has gone to prepare a place for us and to receive us unto Himself..

The great Apostle Paul said that DEATH is swallowed up in Victory! I love it.

I have been by too many bedsides of various people who have left this life and seen the transformations and the GRACE that GOD Gives to those whom HE is bringing to HIMSELF to that wonderful place the Bible refers to as Heaven.. It is where Jesus IS and a place pf unfathomable LOVE.

There is an old hymn that says This world is not my home, I'm just a passing thru."

Heaven is a reality for all who believe..

Micro - they are indeed interesting reads. One thing about "Proof of Heaven" that cannot be overlooked is the lack of a 'confirmation bias' by Dr. Alexander. He was not a believer before he had this experience so he therefore had no biases. I would put his faith in the believer camp now yet there is so much more than the 'dogma' of what we today call Christianity. After all - we normally find what we seek and the books you cite are written by folks who already had a biased perspective. Just my opinion.
