You all know that today and Christmas are the Believer's rejoicing DAYS as well as the Foundation of our FAITH in Christ.
Today is no exceptoon. I am ill. Got something a few daysa go and feeling very, very off so I will not be able to drive to our services this morning. Hoping it is sinus infection or something like that.
Anyway, HE IS RISEN and thus we have a LIVING SAVIOR who foretold that "destroy this temple(body) and in Three days I WILL RAISE IT UP AGAIN" HE HAS POWER over life. It was CHRIST WHO audibly SPOKE and SAID let Us make MAN in OUR own image and the HE created Adam out of the dust of the earth and BREATHED into Adam the breath of LIFE, which is an eternal spirit.
Because HE AROSE and ascended into Heaven in the sight of THOUSANDS, we know that we too shall one day, if we have trusted HIMa nd Believed IN HIM, ascend directly into HISpresence upon the death of this body or the RAPTURE, whichever comes first.
It is a day of Rejoicing of VICTORY over DEATH and VICTORY over the GRAVE. Ther is nothing to fear for a believer in Christ as we know that we shall be with HIM, as HE PROMISED, when this mortal body finally wears out and we get a brand new model that will never get old and we get to spend eternity in HEAVEN which HE MADE, and prepared a HOUSE for us there.
Oh, it's a great day. The Lord MADE IT, and KEEPS it by HIS POWER. This is why the earth is tlted at precisely the right angle on its axis at precisely the right distance from our source of heat and light, the Sun. Dd that happen by accident? Is Gravity an accident and the magnetic fields?
Too many "accidents" to not know that they were designed by GOD for HIS purpose of having fellowship with HIS creation...
Enjoy the beauty of the day and remember that THIS DAY is victory day over death and like as CHRIST resurrected from the dead, even all those who trust HIM shall also and likewise do the same....
BLessings to you all as my family will gather this afternoon and we will take an hour to worship HIM together as is our custom on Easter Sunday.
If you have never come to Christ and asked HIM for Forgiveness, there is no better day than today!
