I'm sure he has a perfectly good excuse for breaking into his neighbor's house, entering the eldest daughter's room, and stripping to his underwear.

Also, I'd like to know why the mother handed her gun to her boyfriend to let him deal with the intruder. Things would have gone much quicker if she'd just dealt with him herself. And who knows - maybe she is a better shot (6 shots and he's still breathing? The man needs some range time).

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The mother of a 12-year-old girl says her daughter did everything right when a man broke into their home and began undressing in the girl's bedroom over the weekend.

Donald Oliver, 38, was in court Monday morning, a day after he was shot while allegedly breaking into the home in the 1200 block of Homeview Avenue, near Taylor Blvd.
