Hey, sometimes the truth hurts. Napolitano follows the law about as well as any judge out there. If you think about it, it makes sense that Obstruction of Justice does not require a conviction. It is interference with any portion of the judicial process, including the investigation of a reported crime.

I expect Napolitano has been honest with us.
