The media may have given impression that Brenton Tarrant, the New Zealand mosque murderer was a Christian or accidentally conveyed that sense by spotty coverage. The Evening Standard headline reads, "Mosque shooting suspect Brenton Tarrant 'travelled to Europe to investigate historic battles between Christians and Muslims.'" Heavy writes that "in his disturbing manifesto, white nationalist terrorist Brenton Tarrant says that he received a blessing in support of the attack from a group called the 'reborn Knights Templar.'"
So he was a Christian bigot right? The better to disarm others like him. But unfortunately the "reborn Knights Templar" don't exist. It's fantasy organization imagined by Anders Brevik, inspired by the World of Warcraft. ...
