I had this same problem several years ago. I intentionally looked for middle aged people for that very reason.
When everyone was at the plant, we accomplished a lot. I had only two youngsters out of my entire workforce. They were dependable. One was my nephew. He knew whatwould happen if he played any games with me and he never did.
He was mature for his age. That was rare...
Good for McDonalds. They undertand this better than most.
