I've said many times over the years that America is already gone. Do the headlines that you read today sound anything like the America that you grew up in? I think you'll agree the answer is no. And this is what I meant, when I said that America is already gone.

The saving grace is that the very worst things are happening in places where *we* don't live: cities, Illinois, New York, California. But faster than any of us expect, that's going to change. You can bet on that.
