...it would have to start with the media pursuing the story with the same enthusiasm they pursued all their stories about the "dossier". IMHO if they have a video of clinton debauching a 12 year old it will be an "alledged" 12 year old and a video "purporting" to be clinton and advised of the presumption of innocence. Then it will be tossed into the dustbin of history.
