...they found the body of a man sitting up in his car in a local service station parking lot. His car was in a handicapped parking place and had no "handicap sticker". He is gonna need a really good lawyer now. suggest that the legal strategy should be, "If being dead isn't a handicap what is?" The prosecution will counter with "was he dead when he pulled into the handicap space?"
