It's hot here too, but I don't think anyone will be surprised to hear that you've got it worse. Our high today will be 92° (which is the high for the year so far), with 95° and 94° coming over the weekend. Humidity makes it all worse than the same temps would be in, say, Arizona or California.

Three days of camping out in front of our little window air conditioner, and then things will be back to normal.

I haven't been posting much of late because I've been busy hosting some visitors: two brothers and a sister in law up from Fort Lauderdale. Among other activities, we climbed a local mountain. It practically killed them both! (even though I've got one pic of a six-year-old scrambling past my sister in law.) She and my brother have both had their knees replaced. I guess that makes a difference. The other brother was probably smarter: He didn't go...

FWIW, I thought it was an easy hike. It did destroy one of my shoes. That made the hike down more of a challenge than it should have been.
