Based on the comments that I just heard during the press conference by the El Paso city and police officials, it sounds like the 'manifesto' is real. If this is true, this was a hate crime as it appears that he was against the 'mixing of the races' and that he wanted non-European-Americans to go back from where they came from. I wonder where he got that idea?
