I expect it to be on a tear with the next resistance at $1,737.

This bodes poorly for the U.S. economy, the stock market and the buying power of the dollar.

You guys probably didn't notice (and might not care), but gold made a big move today, though it's down a bit in after-hours trading. In normal trading, it closed just below an important resistance point, $1,450. It could break through that on Friday.

WHEN it does, it will likely mean that TPTB are expecting inflation and/or a weaker dollar.
