What I'd like to try?
Local and State governments providing a system of free health clinics and hospitals
for poor people - treating anyone who comes through the doors. Bargain basement
health care. And a for-profit system of health care providers and insurance
companies for the middle class providing a higher level of service. And, of course,
the best of everything for the rich who will (and should) pay much more for the
finest of accomodations.
