Let's see:

The most important prisoner in the world had hung himself unsuccessfully a month befpre but been removed from suicide watch. Guards failed to do the 30-minute checks on inmates because they were "overworked." Security cameras were being upgraded and therefore were not operational. Epstein's cellmate had been removed from the cell a few hours before Epstein's body was discovered.

Nothing suspicious about any of that.

Still, if I were on a jury and was sure of who had authorized these actions, I think I'd vote for the death penalty.

My hunch is that Epstein DID hang himself, but only after he was told by someone quite persuasive that he was going to be beaten to death or have his throat cut as soon as he was released into the general prison population. The whole thing is disturbingly reminiscent of the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald.
