Hm. It could be that they need the money and that Trump's tariffs are having the desired effect. Or it could be that they're trying to hurt the U.S. by selling dollar-based assets. Or it could be that they're forecasting a downturn in the value of those assets and are just trying to get out while they're ahead. It's hard to make a call on this.
