...in court one can only testify to that which he has personal first hand knowledge. It has come to light that the whistle blower has no personal knowledge of any malfeasance, but that a good portion of his 'information' came from MSM articles. This individual has less credibility than old balsey ford.

How cute."I did. I'm not sure what to make of it yet. Obviously, they didn't change 'The Act.' That would take Congress. What they appear to have changed is the verbiage on the reporting form... to eliminate the advisory against second hand information.

So, does the Intel Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) itself require first hand information only? I don't know. In fact, I haven't yet found a copy of the 1998 version... just summaries of it. That's kind of weird, imo.
